Join me in my studio for a 3-hour in-depth pencil drawing class scheduled at a day and time that is mutually convenient. (Common times are weekdays 10am - 1 pm or weekend mornings or afternoons.) In this class, we will explore the possibilities of pencil drawing. I will give instruction on using the materials and improving your drawing skills. An emphasis will be placed on having fun, making mistakes, and releasing the burden of perfectionism.

I will help you gain a better understanding of line, gesture, contour, value, composition, and more. We will look at beautiful drawings from throughout art history for inspiration and guidance. We will work from a still life set-up in the studio and/ or from photo references. All materials provided.
